How To Store In Lo And Hi Registers

I posted this over in the edifice department but thought I would post over here also.. I met with the projection manager yesterday and nosotros began discussing the HVAC
layout that he was going over with the HVAC contractor.. He began
telling me that they are doing a how-do-you-do/lo layout which ways that the vents
are all in the side walls of the rooms on the outset floor.. The manner it
will piece of work is there will be a vent close to the flooring and so on the
same wall in that location will be a vent to a higher place information technology towards the ceiling.. Both will
exist wall mounted.. He said on the 2nd floor all vents are in ceiling..
He went on to say that the hello/lo setup is the "right" way of doing the
HVAC in any home and claims information technology is the more expensive setup.. I have
never seen air/heat vents in the wall.. I have only seen setups with the
vents in ceiling and flooring.. I was only curious if this is in fact true.. I think the gc is trying to sway us to do the
in wall setup especially by claiming its more expensive to do it this
style.. Just wanted to see what others opinions were on this.. Again, not sure if it is just that I have only been in older homes where ceiling/floor vents were the norm.. I just recall wall mounted vents are not very attractive to a homes interior.. I also cannot see how putting two vents in the aforementioned wall is more expensive so running the vents to ceiling/flooring.. I would recollect the latter would be more than expensive, but according to him its cheaper and not right.. Thanks
